Study on Clinical Effect of Internal Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Compound Purslane Lotion Topical Treatment for 40 Cases of Infantile Eczema

Abstract：Objective To discuss and analyze the effect and nursing mode of traditional chinese medicine combined with compound purslane lotion topical treatment by means of observing clinical data of infantile eczema in our hospital .Methods 200 eczema sufferers from our hospital from June 2012 to November 2014 were divided into group A and B by random digital table method .They seperatly accept-ed traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine lotion topical treatment and purely Chinese medicine treatment with com -prehensivenursingintervention.Twogroupswerecomparedandanalyzedoftheirtreatmenteffect.Results 7dayslater,theeffectiverate of Group A and B were seperately 92%and 72%with the significance (P<0.05).14 days later, the effective rate of group A and B were seperately 100%and 88%with the significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with compound purs-lane lotion topical treatment was significantly effective for children with eczema .It deserved further clinical popularization and research .
