Abstract:Objective To observe the application analysis of the clinical effect of different nutritional support treatment for severe acute pancreatitis patients .Methods From January 2012-December 2014 , 88 cases of severe acute pancreatitis patients as the research ob-ject, according to the different way of nutritional support was divided into two groups : single group (n=44), a joint group (n=44).A single set of pure give parenteral nutrition (PN) in patients with treatment, joint group patients give the PN with enteral nutrition (EN) therapy, the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups were compared .Results After treatment, the joint group of patients with plasma diam-ine oxidase , D-lactic acid was significantly lower than that of a single group , serum albumin level was significantly higher than single group, there was significant difference between groups (P<0.05), with statistical significance.A joint group of patients with abdominal distension relief time and hospitalization time was obviously less than a single group , compare the differences between groups with statistical significance (P<0.05).Joint group of patients with abdominal pain , diarrhea, double infection, incidence of complications such as ab-dominal infection was significantly lower than that of a single group , there was significant difference between groups ( P<0.05 ) , with sta-tistical significance. Conclusion For patients with severe acute pancreatitis PN , EN combined treatment could significantly reduce plasma diamine oxidase , D-lactic acid levels , improve the level of serum albumin , reduce abdominal distension relief time and length of hospital stay, reduce complications , with the characteristics of safe , reliable and efficient , which was a worthy of clinical use and promotion way of nutritional support.
