Observation on Clinical Effects of Touch Therapy Combined with Improved Bird′s Nest Shaped Package on Preventing Apnoea of Premature Infants with Low Birth Weight
Abstract：Objective To evaluate the effect of touch therapy combined with improved bird′s nest shaped package on prevention apnoea ofprematureinfantswithlowbirthweight.Methods 300prematureinfantswithlowbirthweightwererandomlydividedintoGroupA, Group B and Group C,100 cases in each group.The Group A was given touch therapy.The Group B was given improved bird′s nest shaped package.The Group C were given touch therapy combined with improved bird′s nest shaped package .The apnoea rate ,SpO2 <85%occur-rence rate and daily weight gain were compared among the each group .Results The apnoea rate of Group C were significantly lower than Group A and Group B ,the difference showed statistical significant ( P<0.05 ) .The SpO2 <85% rate of Group C was significantly lower than Group A and Group B,the difference showed statistical significant (P<0.05).The daily weight gain of Group C was significantly high-er than Group A and Group B,the difference showed statistical significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Using touch therapy combined with im-proved bird′s nest shaped package on premature infants with low birth weight ,could effectively reduce the rate of apnoea ,increase the blood oxygen saturation and increase weight ,which was worth clinical promotion .
