Clinical Value of Plasma Brain Natriuretic Peptide Levels and its Effect on Patients with Congestive Heart Failure

Abstract:Objective To analyze the elderly the clinical value of plasma brain natriuretic peptide level in patients with heart failure . Methods According to the plasma BNP level 104 cases of patients with heart failure , were selected and divided into A , B, C, D four groups, such as measuring between groups of BNP , LVEF, 6 MWT, after discharge adverse events in patients with NYHA .Results With the increase of the BNP, group B, group C, group D LVEF, 6 MWT dropped significantly, and the incidence of C,D groups of adverse sit-uation were higher than A, B two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Plasma BNP levels in pa-tients with heart failure and 6 MWT, LVEF and NYHA were closely related to the prognosis , and provide important reference for diagnosis of senile heart failure.
