Diagnostic Value Study of Capsule En doscope in Patients with Obscure Gastrointestinal Bleeding

Abstract：Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of capsule endoscopy in the diagnosis of obscure gastrointestinal bleeding . Methods From January 2009 to January 2014 , 108 patients with OGIB received a total of patients , who took capsule endoscopy , the diag-nostic accuracy was observed .Results Compared with the pathological results , the diagnostic accuracy was 85.2%.Patient examination satisfoution rate was 93.5%.Conclusion In the patients with obscure gastrointestinal bleeding , the diagnostic method of capsule endosco-py was high , the patients had weak discomfortableness for the diagnosis ,which was an ideal treatment .
