The Clinical Analysis on 42 Cases of Nonarteritic Anterior
Abstract：Objective To analyze the pathogenys of nonarteritic ischemic optic neuropathy ( NAION),and provide the guidance for preventionandtreatment.Methods 42patients(46eyes)thatwerediagnosedwithNAIONandweretreatedinourhospital.Include:gen-eral examinations , eye′s examinations , laboratory tests ,instrument assistant examinations .To analysis the risk factors of NAION .Results Abnormal laboratory tests patients including:19 cases of hypertension(45.2%),13 cases of hyperglycemia(30.9%),20 cases of hyper-glycemia(47.6%).There were 7 cases(16.6%) of abnormal CDFI,9 cases(21.4%) of abnormal CT or MRI.Conclusion Hyperten-sion, diabetes and hyperlipidemia were the main risk factors of NAION .Carotid artery stenosis , cerebral lacunar infarction was closely relat-ed with the disease.Strengthening the understanding of the cause of the disease was conducive to the high risk population for preventive and treatment.
