The Influences of WeChat Intervention on the Life Quality of Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis

Abstract：Objective To investigate the impact of WeChat on quality of life of patients with maintenance hemodialysis .Methods Es-tablish service team and guide patients through WeChat channel to guide patients with disease related knowledge and dietary guidance ,fill in the KDQ scale before and after the intervention , rating scale and diet combined with human body measure compared before and after the in-tervention.Results WeChat′s intervention the nutritional indexes shoued rising trend after 6 months , there were significant differences ( P<0.01 ) , KDQ Scale scored higher than before nursing intervention with statistical significance.Conclusion WeChat improved the nutri-tion, emotion and social function of the patients , which has improved the life quality of the patients.
