Clinical Significance of Continuous Nursing on Patients after Heart Valve Replacement Surgery

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the continuous care for heart valve replacement surgery on patients with anticoagulant therapy after discharge.Methods 100 patients in our hospital cardiac valve replacement surgery from 2012 January to December 2014 were randomly divided into text group and control group (n=50 cases).Results The anticoagulant understanding , compliance, incidence rates of com-plications were better than the control group ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion Continuity of care for patients discharged from hospital after heart valve replacement could significantly increase its anticoagulant medication compliance and reduce complications morbidity .
