Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with gynecological laparoscopy in perioperative pe -riod.Methods 110patientswithgynecologicallaparoscopywererandomlydividedintotwogroups.Thecontrolgroupwasgivenroutine nursing, while on the basis of control group the observation group was given time nursing.Results Health education score , nursing satis-faction degree, positive coping score, negative coping score,anxiety score and depression score of the observation group were better than control group ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can improve the relationship between doctors and patients , improve nursing satisfaction, and is worthy of promotion.
