Effect Analysis of Brainstorming in Promoting the High Quality Nursing Service Demonstration Project

Abstract：Objective To discuss brainstorming in promoting effect of high quality nursing service demonstration project .Methods Since January, 2013, The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the hospital has carried out high quality nursing service demonstration project activities , applied brainstorming method to find out the existing problems , and developed solutions.The difference of nursing quality and nursing satisfaction before and after the application of brainstorming was compared.Results After the implementation of the clinical man-agement, grading and clinical nursing grading implementation is obviously better than before ;the nursing satisfaction is significantly higher than before(P<0.05), with statistically significant difference.Co nclusion The application effect of brainstorming in the promotion of high quali-ty nursing service demonstration project is better , can timely find the problem of the high quality nursing service demonstration project of the problems and work out the solution , and improve the quality of the nursing satisfaction.It has the high use value.
