Analysis and Countermeasures of Work Stressors in Emergency Nurses

Abstract：ObjectiveToanalyzetheworkstressorsofemergencynurses,andtodevelopcountermeasures.Methods 137emergency nursesofthreehospitalsinFuzhouwereincludedinthestudythroughquestionnaires.Results 137nursesaveragescorewas(65.75± 11.27 ) points.Not to be recognized by society , numerous emergency patients , less opportunity to study and nervousness are the main fac-tors of their working pressure.Conclusion Emergency nurses are many sources of stress.Professional corresponding training , flexible scheduling and other measures should be taken to ease the pressure on their work , and promote harmonious relations between nurses and pa-tients.
