Abstract:Objective To explore the application of two -dimensional and three -dimensional ultrasound in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Methods Based on 46 cases of inthyroid nodular disease in the hospital ( a total of 57 nodules ) un-der two-dimensional and three -dimensional ultrasonography , the diagnosis and pathological coincidence rate were compared. Results 57 nodules was examined by two -dimensional ultrasound , and the coincidence rate was 75.0%.Pathological diagnosis rate of two dimen-sional ultrasound combined with three -dimensional ultrasound examination was 91.7%.Conclusion The two dimensional ultrasonogra-phy has certain value in diagnosis of thyroid nodules.Accurate rate of two dimensional uttrasonsografhy combined with three dimensional ul -trasound diagnosis has further increased.
