Abstract：Objective To observe and compare the endoscopy surgery and laparotomy for gynecologic pelvic surgery in patients with postoperativefunctionofthereproductivesystem.Methods 104patientsweredividedintotwogroups.Theresearchgroupreceivedlaparo-scopic surgery , and the observation group received laparotomy .The ovarian function index ,sexual function score and menstruation 1 month after operation were compared.Results The fluctuation of ovarian function of patients in the research group is better than the control group, sexual function score is significantly better than control group , and menstrual abnormalities are significantly less than the control group.There was statistically significant difference ( P<0.05).C onclusion For patients with gynecological pelvic surgery , the influence of laparoscopic surgery on reproductive system is significantly lower than laparotomy , and clinical effect is more significant.It has higher popularization value.
