Clinical Experience and Analysis of Lisfranc Injury After Surgical Trea tment
Abstract：ObjectiveTodiscusstheclinicalcurativeeffectofLisfrancinjuryaftersurgicaltreatmentandanalysis.Methods 15ca-ses with Lisfranc injury, open reduction and screw and gram needle fixation from May , 2008 to December, 2013 in the hospital were retro-spectively analyzed, and according to the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) criteria, the function recovery of foot was assessed.Results All patients were followed up from 12 to 48 months with an average of 30 months.The recovery was assessed after oper-ation by American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) sore, with 8good cases, 6 better cases and 1 bad case.Conclusion Lis-franc joint damage should be under early diagnosis , early treatment ,active surgical treatment , open reduction and internal fixation , and to achieve reduction and strong fixation , which obtains satisfactory curative effect .
