Imaging Analysis of 112 Youth Cervical Spondylosis Cases

Abstract:Objective X -ray, CT and MRI imaging features of youth cervical disease were summarized to discuss the diagnosis value.Methods A retrospective study of X-ray, CT and MRI imaging features of 12 patients in the hospital from May , 2008 to May, 2015 was summarized.Results It is found that the change of cervical physiological arch is maximum (96.4%), disc herniation accounts for 77.6%, and the pressure of nerve root accounts for 63.5%.Conclusion The main reflections of youth cervical spondylosis are cervi-cal physiological arch , dischernitation and the pressure of nerve root.X-ray, CT and MRI have different advantages , it is necessary to combine the application of X -ray, CT and MRI in youth cervical imaging.
