Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical application of pituitrin combined with methotrexate in laparoscopic conservative surgery . Methods 160 cases of ectopic pregnancy underwent laparoscopic salpingotomy from Sep .2011 to Oct.2014 in the hospital were divided into 2 groups .The observation group received pituitrin combined methotrexate injection , and the control group didn′t have drugs .Operation time, the amount of bleeding after operation , serum beta-HCG negative interval after operation , incidence of PEP and fallopian tubal pa-tency were observed .Results Operation time , the amount of bleeding , serum beta-HCG negative interval after operation and incidence of PEP in observation group were obviously less than the control group , with statistical significance(P<0.05).There wasn′t PEP in the ob-servation group, and the occurrence rate was 3.12%, and there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Injection of pituitrin combined with methotrexate in laparoscopic salpingotomy is effective and safety for tube pregnancy patients .It can reduce PEP occurrence rate , and effectively protect the smooth ill fallopian tube .
