Analysis of Venous Drainage Patterns and DSA Cerebral Circulation Time in 44 Cases of Lacunar Infaction
Abstract:Objective To investigate the characteristics of venous drainage patterns and its relationship with cerebral circulation time in lacunar infaction. Methods Digital subtraction angiography ( DSA) were performed in 44 non-acute cases of lacunar infaction , and venous drainage patterns were observed and cerebral circulation time (CCT) was assessed. Results Of the 44 cases, the number of patterns with I type,Ⅱtype and Ⅲtype venous drainage patterns was respectively 8(18.18%),10(22.73%)and 26(59.09%).The patients with ⅢtypevenousdrainagepatternshowedlongerCCTthanthoseofItypeandⅡtypevenousdrainagepatterns. Conclusion Ⅲtypevenous drainage pattern may affect the changes of cerebral hemodynamics ,which may be one of risk factors of cerebral infaretion.
