Expression and Clinical Significance of MMP-2 and nm23 in Gastric Cancer
Abstract：Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of MMP -2 and nm23 in gastric cancer.Methods Immu-nohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of MMP -2 and nm23 in gastric cancer.The correlation of MMP -2 and nm23 with clinical pathological factors was analyzed.Results There are significant differences between the expression of MMP -2 and nm23 with gastric cancer depth of invasion , lymph node metastasis , pathological staging and differentiation of tumor cells ( P<0.05).The expression of nm23 has correlation with the expression of MMP -2 in gastric carcinoma ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion The expression of MMP -2 and nm23 may be related to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.There is correlation between MMP -2 and nm23 in gastric cancer.
