Performance Characteristics of Early Cerebral Infarction MSCT
Abstract：Objective To explore the image characteristics of acute early cerebral infarction MSCT.Methods A retrospective analy-sis of the clinical data of 120 cases of early acute cerebral infarction was done.The cases were done early onset (1~6 h) CT scan and CT angiography;and after the onset of 24 hours to 3 days, CT scan was done.CT image analysis was done.Intracranial artery and local cere-bral tissue changes were observed.Results Plain scan showed:(1)hyperdense brain artery syndrome in 36 cases, (2)local brain swelling in 52 cases, (3)lenticula edge fuzzy in 23 cases, (4)the unclear insular cortex boundary in 39 cases, (5)local brain tissue density slightly decreased in 14 cases.CT angiography showed blood vessel obstruction on regional cerebral infarction thinning.Conclusion MSCT plain scan can find some signs of ultra early cerebral infarction.Cerebral infarction can be clearly diagnosed to do great help for clinical early treatment and prognosis.
