Effect Observation of Doxycycline Combined with Xuebijing Injection for Complicated MODC of TD
Abstract：Objective To study the specific clinical efficacy and protective effects&mechanism of Doxycycline combined with Xuebi-jing Injection for complicated MODS of TD.Methods 35 TD patients with MODS treated from January, 2010 to October, 2014 in the hos-pital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group:18 cases in the observationn group, and 17 cases in the control group.The control group were treated with Doxycycline;the observation group were treated with Doxycycline combined with Xuebi-jing Injection.The clinical efficacy, level of blood platelet, level of INR, CK-MB, ALT, AST, Cr, BUN, PaO2/FiO2 and Marshall and the scores of gastrointestinal dysfunction of two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The cure rates of two groups were 25.61%and 65.82%, respectively (P<0.05);after treatment, the components of serum were significantly improved (P<0.05);the level of INR, CK-MB, Cr and BUN was significantly reduced (P<0.05).Conclusion Doxycycline combined with Xuebijing Injec-tion can significantly improve the cure rate for patients with TD, and efficiently control the complications of MODS.The effective treatment has a fine clinical value.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
