Clinical Analysis of 60 Cases Underwent Single Port Laparoscopic Appendectomy
Abstract：Objective To explore the feasibility of single port laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods Sixty patients with appendicitis were enrolled in this study .All of them were treated with port laparoscopic appendectomy .Results All operations were successfully per-formed .The mean operative time was 33min .No post operative bleeding , intestinal leakage or Appendix stump inflammation occurred. Conclusion Transumbilical single port laparoscopic appendectomy is a safe and feasible operation,it has less complication and commenda-ble application prospect.
