Anorectal Dynamics and Anal Function Correlation of Laparoscopic Colorectal Cancer Ultralow Anterior Resection
Abstract:Objective To explore anorectal dynamics and anal function correlation of laparoscopic colorectal cancer ultralow anterior resection. Methods Selecting 100 patients with colorectal cancer laparoscopic ultralow anterior resection by anorectal manometry device from November, 2012 to November, 2014 in the hospital. After a month in the anorectal resting pressure, anal maximum systolic blood pressure, rectal compliance, maximum tolerated rectal capacity, anorectal inhibitory reflex anal function, the correlation analysis anorectal dynamics and anal function were evaluated. Results Anorectal function and dynamics of anal anorectal resting pressure, rectal compliance and rectal capacity were positively correlated with the maximum tolerance; and there was no correlation between anal maximum systolic blood pressure and anorectal suppression. Conclusion There is a correlation between anus function and anorectal dynamics.Anal tube rectum resting pressure, rectal compliance, maximum tolerated rectal capacity are the main parameters reflecting the anal function.
