Preliminary Investigation of Screening of Anti-aging Ingredients by Protein Microarray Technology in ASCs

Abstract：Objective To screen maybe anti-aging ingredients of fat source of stem cells.Methods Biotin label based antibody array were used to detect ASCs and protein of fibroblasts.Using microarray analysis software to extract the data,the results obtained were an-alyzed by AAH-BLG-1data analysis software.Results Compared with fat stem cells and fibroblasts, HGF, FGF, VEGF and 60 related protein significantly change.Conclusion Biotin protein chip detects 60 expression quantity change in related proteins, and confirms that these proteins may be involved in the role of adipose stem cells anti-aging process.Protein chip fat stem cells help to further research on aging mechanism and provide a research direction for further research.
