Clinical Significance of 3D-US and SPECCT in Diagnosis of Thyroid Solid Nodules

Abstract：Objective The rate consistent with the diagnosis of study of three dimensional ultrasound combined with radionuclide exam-ination method for thyroid nodules.Methods Based on the 2012.5-2014.6 period, three-dimensional ultrasonography of thyroid nodu-lar thyroid disease 89 patients underwent two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasonography and radionuclide examinations were per-formed in our hospital, in contrast to its diagnosis and pathological coincidence rate.Results The combined application of thyroid benign and malignant nodules diagnosis coincidence rate were 96.8%and 90%, were higher than that of ultrasound diagnosis and radionuclide im-aging diagnosis coincidence rate.Conclusion The two checks at the joint use, can improve the coincidence rate of diagnosis of thyroid nodules.
