The Clinical Effect and Safety of Allogeneic Lymphocyte Immunotherapy in Treating Unexplained Recurrent Spontaneous Abor-tion
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of allogeneic lymphocyte immunotherapy in treating unexplained recur-rent spontaneous abortion. Methods Adopting the clinical trial designs, 96 cases of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion patients were included into our study, 54 patients were divided into the treatment group and the other 42 cases were into the control group. The pa-tients in the treatment group were underwent allogeneic lymphocyte immunotherapy with routine tocolytic therapy, while the control group on-ly were underwent a routine tocolysis therapy.Evaluate the clinical effect by the level of some important immune markers and the pregnancy success rate and monitor the safety of this treatment. Results The pregnancy success rate of patients in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).After the treatment, except the level of the IgA level, the level of blocking antibody, AP-CA detection ( APCA) , immunoglobulin, lymphocyte subsets were statistically different from those in the control group and those before the treatment ( P<0.05).And adverse events were not found. Conclusion Allogeneic lymphocyte immunotherapy can significantly improve the success rate of pregnancy among the patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion, of high safety, which is worthy of clinical application.
