The Influence of Abstinence Interval on Pregnancy Rate of Artificial Insemination by Husband
Abstract：Objective To study the effect of abstinence interval on pregnancy rate of artificial insemination by husband.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of patients with infertility treated in our hospital was carried out,a total of 549 IUI treatment cycles byabstinence time 1 ~7 d were divided into 7 groups, each cycle detection records of semen parameters,and compare the pregnancyrate.Results Sperm concentration and sperm volume showed a rising trend,the forward moving sperm percentage decreased,the total numberof sperm forward movement was on the rise,there was statistically significant (P <0.05).Exclude the woman′s disease after 370 cyclesof IUI,there was 51 cases of pregnancy, the pregnancy rate was 13.78%.The pregnancy rate was significantly higher in 1 days of abstinencegroup than the other groups.Conclusion Patients with infertility can break the abstinence of 2 ~7 d regulations,there is the ideal pregnancyrate only at the abstinence time about 1 ~2 days.
