Effects of Short-term Prognosis Tirofiban on Elderly Acute Coronary Syndrome Patients Who Underwent PCI
Abstract:Objective To study effects of short-term prognosis tirofiban on elderly acute coronary syndrome patients ( ACS) who un-derwentPCI.Methods 128casesofelderlypatientswithACSwhorecievedPCItreatmentinourhospitalwererandomlyobservationgroup and control group with 64 cases in each, control group given aspirin, chlorine which the gray oral therapy, observation group recieved tirofi-ban on the basis of control group. Results TIMI 3 flow rate of observation group was 98.44%, higher than 89.06%of the control group ( P<0.05);And the observation group, the incidence of stent thrombosis was 1.56%, lower than 10.94% in the control group ( P<0.05);The mild hemorrhage rate of observation group was 26.56%, significantly higher than that of control group 10.94%(P<0.05);The observation group and mortality of myocardial infarction, target vessel revascularization were significantly lower than the control group,it was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tirofiban for treatment of elderly acute coronary syndrome patients (ACS) who underwent PCI, can effectively reduce the incidence of stent thrombosis and adverse cardiac events, is conducive to improve the prognosis in the near future.
