Investigation of Change Regulation for Renal Function Before and After Treatment of Snake Bite
Abstract:Objective To probe into the change regulation for the renal function before and after treatment of a variety of snakebite pa-tients.Methods The objects of study were selected in the hospitalized patients for clear diagnosis belong to what kind of snakes in the past two years.5 item renal function indexes were determined before and after treatment in various periods for these patients.The tested results were made to statistical analysis according to kind of snakes, periods and disease condition.Results In contrast with before treatment, the determined mean values all have raised trend in different degree after treatment first day except individual index and rises are more evident specially after treatment second day and the rises of some indexes have significant difference from every snake bites ( P <0.05 or P<0.01).In contrast with after treatment second day, these indexes all have decrease in different degree.The determined mean values, ex-cept UA, of viper bite apparently are high to the coral snake, trimeresurus, cobra and king cobra bite before and after treatment different periods(P<0.05orP<0.01).Conclusion 5kindssnakebiteallmayleadtothedamagesoftherenalfunctionandthedegreeofdama-ges is best slight for the king cobra bite but is best serious for the viper bite.
