Analysis of the Effect of Strengthening Intervention Management Control on Serum Lipid Abnormality of Blood Lipid Crowd in Chaonan District Shantou City

Abstract：Objective To discuss how to strengthen the effect of strengthening intervention management control on blood lipid abnor -mality of blood lipid crowd in Chaonan District , Shantou City .Methods In Chaonan medical examination , 200 patients with lipid abnor-malities were randomly divided into observation group and control group .The control group used general intervention , and based on general intervention the observation group used strengthening intervention .Lipid profiles were compared between the two groups 6 months after the intervention.Results 6monthsaftertheintervention,TG,TC,LDL-C,andHDL-Cvaluesintheobservationgroupwerebetterthanthe control group.There was statistically significant between the two groups (P<0.05);The target rate of blood fat in the observation group af-ter intervention was 46.00%, which was higher than 32.00%of the control group, and there was statistical significance between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening intervention management can enhance the patients with abnormal blood lipid regulation compli -ance, and have urged action on long -term adjusting lipids.It has significant clinical effect , and it is worth in clinical application .
