Monitoring and Clinical Significance of Traumatic Hemorrhagic Shock Resuscitation

Abstract:Objective To explore fluid resuscitation monitoring and clinical significance in the rescue of traumatic hemorrhagic shock . Methods 84 cases of trauma patients with hemorrhagic shock and fluid resuscitation were diagnosed in the hospital , and these 84 patients were randomly divided into two groups .The method used for the test group was fluid resuscitation , and in the course of treatment the pa-tients′vital signs, central venous pressure, etc were closely monitored;treatment in the control group and experimental group were basically the same, but regular monitoring was taken for patients .Results The success rate (88.10%) in the test group was significantly higher than the control group success rate (61.90%), and the difference was significant statistically (P<0.05).Patients, PLT (266.8 ±92.7) s, Hb (94.3 ±21.2)g/L, PT (12.1 ±1.5)109/L level in the test group and patients , with the control group of PLT (234.1 ±90.2)s, Hb (82.1 ±23.6)g/L, PT (15.3 ±2.0)109/L in the control group was significantly different , and it makes sense statistically (P<0. 05).Conclusion Patients with traumatic hemorrhagic shock resuscitation during treatment monitor has guidance significance and increase the survival rate of patients , so it is worthy of clinical use .
