Changes and Its Clinical Significance of Coagulation Function in Uremic Patients Undergoing Hemodialysis

Abstract:Objective To analyze the changes and its clinical significance of coagulation function in uremic patients undergoing hemo -dialysis .Methods Selecting 66 renal patients diagnosed with sepsis accepting hemodialysis therapy in the hospital as the research objects , and selecting 66 normal people as the control group , testing two groups ′blood coagulation factor Ⅴ,Ⅶ,Ⅷ,Ⅹactivity, serum creatinine (Cr), uric acid (UA), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and serum total protein (TP), and analyzing and comparing the result as well as clini-cal significance. Results Before dialysis ,blood coagulation factor Ⅴ (107.4 ±27.6), Ⅶ (142.7 ±21.8), Ⅷ (131.7 ±33.2), Ⅹ(119.7 ±20.5) of test group were significantly higher than the control group , and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in Ⅴ(103.6 ±23.6),Ⅶ(163.4 ±25.1),Ⅷ(144.4 ±27.6),Ⅹ(134.7 ±25.4) before and after dialysis (P>0.05).After dialysis, Cr (593.1 ±177.4)umol/L, BUN (17.6 ±5.4)mmol/L, Ua (280.4 ±8.4)umol/L, TP (63.5 ± 8.7)g/L levels were significantly less than before dialysis , and there was statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with ure-mia can be under high blood coagulation state , and dialysis treatment can not improve , so in the process of treatment , patients should be closely observed , bleeding timely treated and thrombosis situation be formed .
