Pathogens Examination and its Results Analysis of Infantile Rotavirus Associated with Bacterial Diarrhea

Abstract:Objective To investigate and analyze the etiology results of infantile rotavirus associated with bacterial diarrhea.Methods Selecting 131 children with bacterial diarrhea in the hospital from January, 2013 to June, 2014, and HRV bacteria identification and drug sensitivity test were done, and results were analyzed.Results The positive rate of both HRV and bacteria was 54.96%( 72/131 ) , and the positive rate of both HRV and bacteria under age of 0.5~2 was high.Staphylococcus aureus, non-typhoid salmonella, shigella spp, escherichia coli and salmonella B were the main bacteria among 72 strains, and strains were resistant to levofloxacin, ceftriaxone, cip-rofloxacin, chloramphenicol and ampicillin.Conclusion Diarrhea incidence rate of rotavirus and bacteria mixed infection is high, and diarrhea type high is judged timely and accurately, which is conducive to develop appropriate treatment and to promote the rehabilitation of patients.
