Effect and the Impact on Newborn of Nutrition Therapy in Patients with Gestational Diabetes

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the effect and the impact on newborn of nutrition therapy in patients with gestational diabe-tes.Methods 110patientswithgestationaldiabeteswererandomlydividedintotwogroups:55casesinthecontrolgroupdidnotcontrol the line of nutrition therapy, and 55 cases in the observation group were given nutritional treatment.Fasting glucose values, 2h postprandial blood glucose, HbA1C, TC, TG, cesarean section rate, giant newborn occurrence rate and ARDS of newborns were observed.Results Af-ter treatment, FPG, 2hPG, HbA1C, TC and TG levels had statistically significant difference compared with the control group (P<0.05);compared with the control group, there were statistical significance in perinatal huge children, fetal malformations, fetal growth and atrophy, newborn hypoglycemia incidence of respiratory distress syndrome, P<0.05.Conclusion Patients with gestational diabetes nutrition thera-py can improve blood glucose and lipid levels, and improve newborn outcome.So it is worth clinical promotion.
