Analysis of Factors Influencing the Increasing Body Mass of Patients During Dialysis
Abstract：Objective To investigate the effective factors of Interdialytic weight gain ( IDWG) of patients.Methods A total of 70 ca-ses of maintenance hemodialysis patients admitted in the hospital from January, 2013 to August, 2014 according to the absolute value of weight gain were divided into Group A and B.The IDWG of patients in group A was less than 5%, and the IDWG of patients in group B was more than 5%.Sex, age and other indicators of the patients in the two groups were observed and analyzed to investigate the effective factors of Interdialytic weight gain ( IDWG).Results The results of the study showed that the effective factors of patients with excessive in-terdialytic weight gain mainly include:age, sex, the systolic blood pressure before dialysis, duration of dialysis, Kt/V, serum albumin, disease related knowledge and education level, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Related disease knowledge should be popularized, the level of patients′understanding of maintenance hemodialysis patients be improved, blood pressure be properly controlled, and cardiovascular disease occurs be reduced to significantly improve the quality of life of these patients.
