Observation on Effect of Quality of Nursing Care in Elderly Patients Undergoing ERCP
Abstract：Objective To discuss the quality of nursing care in elderly patients undergoing Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancrea-tography(ERCP).Methods Selecting 80 patients (age≥60) undergoing ERCP from January, 2012 to June, 2013 in the hospital as the object of study , doing quality nursing care for all patients , and analyzing the patients data retrospectively.Results The patients who had complications were cured after active treatments and attentive care and there was statistical meaning in the differences ( P <0.05 ).Conclusion Taking active and effective treatments and attentive care in perioperative period as soon as possible can reduce incidence of complications , reduce pychological burden and mental stress , and promote patients′rehabilitation.
