Clinical Application Value of Injury Severity Score in 80 Cases of Acute Multiple Trauma Patients

Abstract：Objective To explore the application of the ISS score in patients with acute multiple trauma.Methods Selecting 80 cases of acute multiple trauma as the research objects ,giving a mark for ISS and trauma CRAMS score of the patients in the hospital , and doing a-nalysis according to the grading range grouping.Results Death group and alive group on the ISS score and CRAMS score had statistical sig-nificance, P<0.05.Conclusion The ISS score can effectively evaluate the condition of patients with severe multiple trauma ,and play a very important role in guiding the rescue and prognosis of patients.It can be used widely in clinic.
