Clinical Effect of Methotrexate Single Injection Using Hysteroscopy in the Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

Abstract：Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of single injection cannula hysteroscopy methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 98 patients were selected from January , 2010 to January, 2014 treated conservatively in the hospital diag-nosed as ectopic pregnancy as objectives.All patients were divided into two groups randomly , with 49 cases in the control group treated with multiple intramuscular and 49 patients in the study group single treated using single injection cannula methotrexate with hysteroscopy .The serum β-HCG concentration , the degree of toxicity and fallopian tubes patency of two groups were observed and compared .Results The gastrointestinal reaction rates of 4.1%and the overall incidence of adverse reactions of 10.2%in study group were significantly lower than control group.And the patency rate of 42.9% and total patency rate of 69.4% in the study group were significantly higher than control group (P <0.05).The blood β-HCG concentration 1,4,7,11 days after treatment were all lower than that in study group.The negative serum β-HCG and hospital stay in study group were lower than the control group , with statistical significance ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion Single injection methotrexate using hysteroscopy in the treatment can improve the clinical effect .It is worth application in clinical practice.
