Exploration of Chronic Subdural Hematoma Leading to Acute Subdural Hemorrhage
Abstract：Objective To discuss the causes and treatment of chronic subdural hematoma (CSDH) after drilling drainage leading to a-cute subdural hemorrhage.Methods Drill drainage surgery for CSDH cases in the last three years was collected , and clinical data of acute subdural hemorrhage after operation were analyzed retrospectively.Results By comparing skull CT before and after surgery , there were 16 cases with CSDH after drilling drainage leading to acute subdural hemorrhage.They had poor prognosis in 4 recurrent cases with chronic he-matoma, 3 cases with craniotomy and 2 died.There were three aspects of bleeding.Conclusion CSDH after drilling drainage leading to a-cute subdural hemorrhage is not uncommon.According to the characteristics of the patients , taking reasonable treatment can effectively re-duce such complications.
