Food Intolerance and Related Factor Analysis of Patients with Rferactory Ulcerative Colitis Before Operati on
Abstract：O bjective To synthetically analyze food intolerance of patients with refractory ulcerative colitis to provide the basis for specified individualized diet plan.Methods Using the American BIOMERICA company production of food allergen test kits , taking the method of Enzyme-linked immune to test serum levels of specific antibody IgG of 14 kinds of food allergen , and comprehensively analyzing the data obtained.Results The positive rate of food intolerance in 42 patients with refractory ulcerative colitis was 78.57%(33/42).The top three food intolerance were milk/ewes′milk(35.71%),albumen/yolk(28.57%) and crab(23.81%).Conc lusion The positive rate of food intolerance in patients with refractory ulcerative colitis was high ,and it was related with gender a,ge,nutrition and other factors.Indi-viduality should be considered when dietary strategies for patients is formulated .
