Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation of high risk HPV viral load and cervical lesion. Methods 1748 women were selected and detected by high risk -HPV-DNA detection and multipoint biopsy under colposcopy for screening cervical lesions from Sep , 2012 to July, 2014 in the hospital.Through pathology results being served as a reference , high-risk HPV-DNA positive detection rates of different cervical lesions were compared. The relationship between high risk HPV virus load and cervical lesions of different levels were analyzed by Logistic regression method. Results There were 1368 cases of normal or inflammation , 36 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasiaⅠ( CINⅠ) , 38 cases of CINⅡ, 137 cases of CINⅢand 169 cases of infiltrating carcinoma in 1748 cases. The positive rates of HPV of CINⅠ, CINⅡ, CINⅢand infiltrating carcinoma were 20.0%, 88.9%, 86.8%, 86.1%and 87.0%respectively.There were significant differences between normal or inflammation , CIN and infiltrating carcinoma ( P<0.05 ).The correction of α=0.005/3=0.017 test was adopted. There were significant differences between normal or inflammation and CIN , so were normal or inflammation and infiltrating carcinoma ( P<0.05 ).The results of regression analysis of high -risk HPV viral load were positively correlated with the level of cervical le-sions.C onclusion There are different grades of the high -risk HPV viral load and the risk of cervical lesions increases with viral load.
