Abstract：Objective To explore the methods and significance of setting up a network monitoring system of infectious disease in the primary hospital.Methods Applying WHONET5.3 Microsoft program , relying on the network system of the hospital , setting up monitoring points, and forming digital information network covering all subordinate community medical and health institutions , setting up a special re-port of infectious disease management departments or sections with a full -time ( part-time) personnel , and making the epidemic situation of infectious diseases report system and process and infectious disease report management approach , to observe the missing report rate of in-fectious disease.Results The establishment of infectious disease network monitoring system eliminated the false and delaying .Notifiable disease reporting rate was 100%.Conclusion Through the establishment of infectious disease monitoring network system in basic level hos -pital, the reporting rate of infectious disease is improved.It has clinical value.
