Curative Effect of Psychological Intervention and Behavioral on Elder Patients with Essential Hypertension

Abstract:Objective To explore psychological behavior intervention on the influence of the compliance , psychological behavior and blood pressure of primary hypertension.Methods Total 120 cases of essential hypertension were randomly divided into control group ( n=60) and observation group (n=60).The control group was given routine nursing , and the observation group was given the psychological and behavior intervention according to the patients 6 months after the intervention of the two groups.The compliance , mental state and blood pressure of patients were analyzed.Results After 6 months psychological and behavioral intervention , the compliance of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group ( P<0.01 ).The patients in the observation group was significantly better than the cont -ro1 group ( P<0.05 ) in patients′blood pressure , SAS score and SDS score.Conclusion Psychological and behavioral intervention can effectively control blood pressure , and improve patient compliance and level of mental health.
