Clinical Observation of Reduning Injection Combined with Ceftriaxone for the Treatment of Acute Pneumonia

Abstract：Objective By observing the Reduning injection joint ceftriaxone sodium injection for the treatment of acute pneumonia , to analyze the clinical efficacy of Reduning.Methods Selecting 80 cases with acute pneumonia in the hospital from Feb , 2012 to Feb, 2014, randomly dividing them into two groups according to digital method.The control group were treated with ceftriaxone sodium , and on the ba-sis of the control group , the observation group were treated with Reduning injection , 1 time/d, 12 days for a period of treatment.Treatment records of the symptom improvement time of the two groups of patients after a period of treatment were recorded to compare the efficiency of the two groups.Results The recovery time of fever , cough, sputum, lung rale and the sternum turnaround time of 40 patients in the obser-vation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.There was statistically significant difference in the two groups ( P<0.05 );treatment effective rate in the control group was 75.0%, and that in the observation group was 92.5%.Significant difference was found in two groups.Conclusion Chinese medicine Reduning injection joint ceftriaxone sodium injection in the treatment of acute pneumo -nia has better treatment effect than single ceftriaxone sodium , so it is worth popularization in clinical use.
