Experimental Study of NF-κB Nucleotide Trap Technology to Prepare ImDC and Ultrasound Mediated Method Anti Pancreati-coduodenal Allogeneic Rat of Allograft Rejection
Abstract:Objective To investigate the NF-κB nucleotide trap preparation technology of imDC anti allogeneic pancreaticoduodenal allograft rejection in rats. Methods Establishing allogeneic pancreaticoduodenal transplantation model in rats , and dividing them into the control group , NF-κB nucleotide trap technology group , ultrasound mediated group and the combined group. The expression of cytokines INF-, IL-4 and IL-10 levels and INF-γ, IL-4 and IL-10 mRNA were determined. And the survival rate were also studied. Results The survival rate of the combined group was the longest and there was statistically significant difference compared with other groups ( P<0.05 ).The IL-4 and IL-10 level of the combined group was the highest and there was statistically significant difference compared with other groups ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion NF-κB nucleotide trap technology for preparing imDC combined with ultrasound can synergistically increase anti allogeneic pancreaticoduodenal allograft rejection in rats.
