Analysis of the Health Examination Personnel Chronic Disease Morbidity and its Influencing Factors

Abstract:Objective To investigate the morbidity and its influencing factors of chronic diseases, to make decision -making for government and provide a theoretical basis and methods for similar studies to provide information and to explore the role of health manage-ment in the prevention and treatment of chronic non-communicable diseases.Methods Randomly selecting 238 cases to do face-to-face survey from February, 2008 to April, 2008 in the hospital, and doing descriptive analysis,χ2 inspection and Logistic regression analysis on the factors of the impact of chronic disease prevalence rate.Results The prevalence of various chronic diseases are:28.3%hyperten-sion, 13.9%abnormal blood lipid, 11.3%fatty liver diabetes, 6.7%diabetes, 3.8%obesity,2.5%coronary heart disease, 1.7%cere-brovascular diseases, 2.9%bone and joint diseases and 1.3% slower chronic bronchitis;and the prevalence of chronic disease increases with age.Through logistic regression analysis, the main factor of the impact of chronic illness is diet.Conclusion There is the higher prev-alence of chronic diseases.Chronic disease prevention and control strategies and measures need to be strengthened, and the elderly should be regarded as the center of community health service.
