Effect of Specific Nursing on Type 2 Diabetes Patients

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of outpatient specific nursing on type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 296 ca-ses of type 2 diabete patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given health education, and the observation group was given outpatient specific nursing.Nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results Compliance in terms of a reasonable diet, exercise therapy, self detection in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The score of healthy lifestyle after nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the in-cidence of hypoglycemia was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting blood glucose, 2 h post-prandial blood glucose after nursing in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Outpatient specific nursing can help establish a favorable way of life in diabetes patients, and improve the level of compliance and blood glucose control therapy.
