Abstract:Objective To do clinical experimental evaluation on serum heart-type fatty acid binding protein ( H-FABP) immunoas-say method for latex-enhanced turbidimetric immunoassay. Methods H-FABP immunoassay precision latex-enhanced turbidimetry, linear range, response, recoveriy rate and confounding factors were analyzed, and the relationship between ELISA and it was examed.Re-sults The high and low values CV%of the latex-enhanced immunoturbidimetric assay serum H-FABP assay precision were 0.54%and 1.56%;inter-assay precision CV% of high and low values were 0.58% and 1.8%, and the recovery was 96.2%~99.3%.Linear measurement was good, and could be detected in the range of 2.5 ng/mL~160 ng/mL.The standard curve regression equation was Y=1. 02X+0.31, and standard detection correlation was R2≥0.995.Compared with similar foreign agents, curve regression equation was Y=0.97X+0.13, with a correlation R2 =0.998.The serum H-FABP test result was (78.3 ±10.4) ng/mL, with statistically significant differences with the control group. Conclusion Immunoturbidimetric assay of serum H-FABP latex-enhancement is fast, accurate, relia-ble and suitable for clinical evaluation of acute myocardial infarction.
