Effect of Interactive Health Education on Cognitive Behavior and Delivery in Pregnant Women
Abstract:Objective To explore effect of interactive health education on cognitive behavior and delivery in pregnant women .Methods 254 pregnant women were selected from early maternal maternal school in the hospital from October , 2012 to October, 2013 and dividing them into interactive health education group ( interactive group ) and traditional education group ( traditional group ) with number method randomly.Each group had 127 cases.Interactive health education mode was applied in interactive group and traditional group were adopted with traditional mode.After the completion of the course , the master degree of health education knowledge , attitude of delivering , property to delivery were evaluated with self -made questionnaire and the mode of delivery , amount of post partum bleeding and neonatal Apgar score were compared between two groups.Results The excellent and good rates of the master degree of health education knowledge , attitude of delivering and property to delivery in interactive group were all significantly higher than traditional group ( P<0.05 ).Natural delivery rate in interactive group were higher than traditional group ( P<0.05 ) There was no significantly difference about neonatal Apgar score between two groups (P>0.05).Amount of 24h post partum bleeding was less than traditional group (P<0.05).Conclusion Interactive health education mode can effectively promote the cognitive behavior , strengthen confidence and coping skills of natural delivery of pregnant women, and is worth promotion in clinic.
