Clinical Effect of Treatment of Back Facitis Through Different Depth of Acupotomy

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupotomy in different depth on fascitis of back muscles .Methods Randomly selecting patients with back fascitis in the hospital from October , 2010 to October, 2013, randomly dividing them into two groups by different needling depth of acupotomy , and observing the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results After the treatment , the best rate of observation group by the shallow acupotomy therapy was 62.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the deep acupuncture treatment with 22.0%in the control group ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion The needle shallow puncture treatment of fasciitis of back muscles can obtain good therapeutic effect , and is worthy of clinical application.
