Abstract:Objective To investigate effect of changes in fetal umbilical blood flow spectrum on cerebral hemodynamics and prognosis of fetal. Methods Evaluating umbilical blood flow changes in the spectrum of 76 cases of pregnant women by ultrasound from January , 2008 to December , 2009.Measuring and observing the umbilical artery , umbilical vein , middle cerebral artery and fetal heart rate , and investigating the relationship between umbilical blood flow spectrum changing and fetal distress. Results When the umbilical artery diastolic spectral shape didn′t appear blood flow or the reverse flow of blood , umbilical venous flow abnormalities increased significantly. And in this case , the incidence of fetal distress increased significantly. Conclusion The application of color Doppler ultrasound in detecting fetal umbilical blood flow changing has important clinical value to the diagnosis of fetal distress .
